Storm Bros LLC General Warranty Policy

At Storm Bros LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. To provide clarity and protect both parties, we offer the following warranty on our work, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Scope of Warranty:

Storm Bros LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty exclusively on complete system replacements performed by our team. Repairs that do not involve a full system replacement are not covered under any expressed or implied warranty, due to the inherent limitations and unpredictable nature of partial repairs—especially when working with aging, weathered, or non-compliant existing structures and materials.

This policy applies most critically to roofing systems, siding systems, gutters, soffits, fascia, flashings, roof boots, and other exterior components, where isolated repairs often cannot ensure the long-term performance or compatibility of the system as a whole. In such cases, failure may result from surrounding or adjacent areas beyond the repair scope, which Storm Bros LLC cannot be held liable for.

This warranty applies solely to the systems and components that we have directly installed, repaired, or replaced.

We warrant all work performed by Storm Bros LLC against defects in workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of completion.

Conditions of Coverage

This warranty does not extend to problems caused by pre-existing structural conditions, building code violations, or systems not directly installed or addressed by Storm Bros LLC.
Warranty claims are limited to issues that arise due to defects in the materials or workmanship of the installed system.

Exclusions:

The following are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:

Non-Compliant or Pre-Existing Conditions:

Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions such as the absence of house wrap, inadequate ventilation, improper framing, or other building code violations.
Situations where materials, systems, or conditions outside of our work area contribute to or exacerbate the issue.

Third-Party Components:

Problems caused by the failure or improper installation of components or systems installed by others, such as gutters, siding, or ice cables.
Having a 3rd party make any changes, enhancements, repairs, or otherwise any activity not performed by Storm Bros Construction.

Environmental and External Factors:

Damage or issues caused by natural disasters, severe weather events, ice damming, or any other external environmental factors beyond our control.

Negligence or Lack of Maintenance:

Damage resulting from the homeowner’s failure to perform regular maintenance or address known issues.
Alterations or repairs made by third parties without our prior approval.

Specific Situations:

Ice damming or water penetration caused by framing or structural design flaws.
Leaks or damage caused by improper drainage systems, including undersized gutters or downspouts.
Issues with stove range vents, siding, or other unrelated components not addressed by our scope of work.

Customer Responsibilities:

To ensure the validity of this warranty, customers are required to:

Perform routine maintenance on their property and installed systems.
Notify Storm Bros LLC promptly of any issues related to our work.
Provide access for inspection and any necessary repairs.

Limitations of Liability:

Storm Bros LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship or materials. We will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to interior or structural damage caused by unrelated systems or pre-existing conditions.

Warranty claims are subject to review, and we reserve the right to determine the cause of the issue before proceeding with repairs or replacements.

Warranty Claims Process

Contact Storm Bros LLC at 330-835-8358 with a detailed description of the issue.
Allow our team to inspect the property to determine the cause of the problem.
If the issue is found to be within the scope of this warranty, repairs or replacements will be scheduled promptly.

Additional Notes:

While we strive to exceed expectations and provide assistance whenever possible, any work requested beyond the scope of this warranty may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified in advance of any such charges. Storm Bro's Construction retains the right at anytime to change or update this warranty and it's warranty coverages.
